SMART Goal Setting Process
Reaching and maintaining a wholesome weight is very important for overall wellness and can assist you to prevent and control a large number of diseases and conditions. For this reason I am using the SMART goal setting procedure to lose tem pounds at the conclusion of the year. I picked this specific exercise goal mainly because I think it is very important to feel good about yourself and keep a wholesome weight. This goal will not be achieved itself; it’s going to have some obstacles in the way.
I am going to have to push me personally every day in P. At the as well as work out at home. By using the SMART goal setting process I am establishing a realistic target for myself to achieve to ensure that I i am healthy and will feel good about myself.
My specific goal is to shed ten pounds by the end with the semester. By doing this I can benefit from my weight and match a size three.
This objective will be scored by considering myself daily in the morning just before I head to school.
